Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants and Fat Grafting)

Hybrid Breast Augmentation

Breast lift and reshaping procedures are suitable for patients experiencing sagging, drooping or loss of breast firmness over time. These changes commonly develop following pregnancy, breastfeeding, ageing or major weight fluctuations, and may affect overall breast position, nipple height and body proportions. Treatment is tailored to the degree of breast sagging, skin quality and your desired breast shape to achieve balanced, natural-looking results.
Mastopexy (Breast Lift)
Mastopexy, more commonly known as a breast lift, is performed to reposition drooping breasts and improve overall breast contour without significantly increasing breast size. During the procedure, excess skin is carefully removed while the surrounding breast tissue is reshaped to create a firmer and more elevated appearance. Every procedure is carefully planned and performed using delicate and precise surgical techniques to create refined, natural-looking breast contours while supporting favourable healing and a smooth recovery.
Minimal Scar Breast Lift
For selected patients with milder degrees of breast sagging, minimal scar breast lift techniques may be considered to improve breast position while limiting the extent of visible scarring. These approaches make use of shorter incision patterns and carefully planned reshaping techniques to achieve a more lifted contour with less extensive surgical markings.
Breast Reduction Surgery
Breast reduction surgery may be suitable for patients experiencing physical discomfort caused by excessively large breasts. Nipple-related concerns can range from enlarged nipples that appear disproportionate to nipples that retract inward naturally and cause discomfort. Depending on the patient’s concerns and anatomy, corrective procedures may be performed to improve nipple projection, refine proportions or address functionality.
Nipple Reduction Surgery
Nipple reduction surgery is performed to reduce excessively enlarged or prominent nipples that may appear disproportionate to the surrounding breast contours. In some cases, enlarged nipples may also become more noticeable beneath clothing or cause discomfort due to friction. During the procedure, excess tissue is carefully reshaped and reduced while preserving the natural contour and overall balance of the nipple.
Inverted Nipple Correction
Inverted nipple correction is performed to release nipples that are pulled inward rather than projecting outward naturally. Besides affecting appearance, more significant nipple inversion may sometimes interfere with breastfeeding or create difficulties with hygiene and cleaning.
