Dr Jonah Kua is skilled in cosmetic and restorative breast surgery, backed by international training in Korea and Mexico. Prior to leading the Plastic Surgery Service at Changi General Hospital, he helped establish its premier breast reconstruction and aesthetic surgery centre. Dr Kua also served as National Programme Director at Singapore General Hospital, driving nationwide plastic surgery training and mentoring the next generation of surgeons.

Dr Chia Hui Ling focuses extensively on breast enhancement surgeries, and breast reconstruction after cancer treatment, bringing meticulous attention to both microsurgical and implant-based procedures. She is among Singapore’s earliest Motiva JOY®-certified surgeons, and combines advanced expertise with a patient-centred approach shaped by training in Korea and the UK. As co-founder of Breast Reconstruction Awareness Singapore (BRAS), Dr Chia also champions patient advocacy and long-term recovery support.
